The Village at Stetson Square is an Urban Lifestyle Center developed by Great Traditions Land and Development Company and built by Turner Construction Company. It includes luxury apartments, row house condominiums, office and retail space. The development is located near the University of Cincinnati and the Corryville Historic Neighborhood District. The development targets urban professionals, so the design intent was to achieve a look that would appeal to these professionals while preserving the historic character of the adjacent Corryville neighborhood.

Since much of the character of Corryville is created by the ornamental ironwork so prevalent in the area, it was decided to continue the ironwork theme throughout the new Lifestyle Center. Turner Construction Company needed to find a supplier that could execute contemporary ironwork designs in custom colors while preserving the atmosphere of the historic district. They selected Stewart Iron Works.

This project shows the value of utilizing Stewart Iron Works with over 120 years of history and experience to ensure that the goal of the developer and residents is achieved.
